SELF-DEFENCE FOR WOMEN SHORT COURSES

The next beginners and intermediate courses will commence in May 2012. These courses will cover self-defense issues that are specifically relevant to women, including exposing participants to problems and threats typical to women. There are three courses within this series.

Krav Maga Melbourne is located at the Melbourne Fitness & Martial Arts Centre opposite the Queen Victoria Market, and is the longest running Krav Maga school in Melbourne since opening it's doors in 2002.

Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system which teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. KM prepares the trainees in the subjects of self-defense,self protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others, all in unique and comprehensive teachings and way.

Krav-Maga was developed in Israel, under realistic demands and conditions. Founded and formed by Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or), Krav Maga continues to advance under the direction of Eyal Yanilov, creator and lead instructor of Krav Maga Global (KMG).
