We also provide personal training in fitness and mobility. Specialising in prehab and rehab exercises to improve your fitness, range of motion, coordination, footwork and balance. Each session is conducted by a certified personal trainer who is enthusiastic and focused on helping you achieve your goals in a one-on-one environment.
